5.3. Georganogrammation
The georganogrammation is the providence that designs one SGNU guardian to a set of UTIs determining that the protocol action of each one of them be conducted by one of the members of the SGNU team. This georganizational rationality creates the georganogrammed governmental organization, which allows the government to assume more than one UTI without disrespecting the rule of biunity (one UTI, one Agent), and it is rationally achieved without difficulty, from the following six providences:
a) Discovering the UTIs in the governed territory.
All the portions of the vulnerable population affected by primordial scarcities are discovered and marked on the map of the governed territory. Thus, it builds up the mapping of the UTIs of the governed territory (Figure 5.c.).

UTIs locals are visualized. This mapping is also of interest to non- governmental agents postulants to guardians, and its disclosure interests the guardian government. The choice, by other guardian agents, of the local UTIs reduces the governmental charge and facilitates this form of governing – with a shared protagonism, different from governing with a partnership without protagonism - to structure the new modern society, humanist civilization and being the government of modernity of the modernity.
