The thirteen primordial scarcities are the accoutrements of the non- compliance of these primordial human scarcities. Although all contribute to this non-compliance, some contribute more specifically and therefore form the particular "Primordial Scarcities Group - PSG", lethal, intellectual and professional (Figure 1a).

The PSG1, of the seven lethal scarcities, consolidates the non- compliance of the vital needs that prevents or shortens the survival of the individual.
The PSG2, of the four intellectual scarcities, consolidates the non- compliance of the primordial intellectual needs (increasingly rapidly deepened due to the evolution of the rest of the society) that block the ability to elaborate ideas and emotions.
The PSG3, of the two professional scarcities, consolidates the non- compliance of the primordial professional needs that prevents the access to civilizatory vocation, ability and occupation and eliminates the chance of suppressing the lethal and intellectual vulnerabilities.
An individual affected by one or more of these scarcities groups constitutes a "unit of scarcities".
