3.1.2. Tenants Establishments
Improving the quality of life in the neighborhood by removing the primordial human scarcities of portions of the population is the assignment that interest of the owners of establishments promoters of social civilizatory integration of the neighborhood. This includes bakeries, butchers, pharmacies, private schools, medical clinics, gyms, bars, cafes, restaurants, stores, and many other establishments, with strong community appeal and interaction with the neighborhood. The progress of these establishments reflects the culture and quality of progress of the neighborhood community. The history of many of them is confused with the history of the neighborhood.
The higher the density, diversity and quality of these attractive establishments the bigger is the transit of primordial human civilization. The profile of each one of them influences the behavior of the neighborhood, like as the neighboorhood behavior that influences the profile of each one of them. The daily contact creates bonds, mutual feelings and gratitude. This initiative reinforces the image, the popularity, the importance of the establishment for the functioning of the neighborhood. The used investment is a fast and significant return humanitarian, commercial, financial, political and affective. The profit is certain.
Joining forces and acting without depending on anyone, on their own, to improve the quality of individual and collective life, is the opportunity that everyone wants to enjoy. This opportunity is put at the reach and disposition of the sets of these individuals, primordialy civilized, representing themselves, some representing also of their establishments, associated in social groups - mobilized corporately.
