Deadlines
Deadline is a demanded period. Without a deadline the future remains open and void. Deadlines for the action protocol are standardized in a year for the suppression of lethal primordial scarcities and in four years for the suppression of intellectual and professional scarcities. This establishes the vital APSSs as a short-term procedure, the intellectual as medium, the professional as long-term, and nine years for the total term.

Goals
Goals are milestones that prevent lack of commitments with the aspirations. They are the complete intermediate products of the process of complete final product.
