Phases
Phase is unfolding. It is an evolution fragment. It is an amount of content. The suppression of the primordial human scarcities of a vulnerable portion of a population occurs in stages, three stages of implantation of SPCs from APSSs in rows without intervals.
Phase I, called "the guarantee of survival", gathers the SPCs and APSSs of the primordial vital condition. Phase II, called "the exclusion overcome", in which the primordial uncivilization ends, gathers the SPCs and the APSSs of the primordial intellectual evolution. Phase III, called "the inclusion sustention", in which the primordial human civilization is consolidated, gathers the SPCs and APSSs of the primordial professional emancipation (Figure ln).
