b) To change the information about the application of funds existing, the guardian agent, in the opened tool: indicates the "Year" (the tecnical date of the AF date shows up – last day of the year set by the technical Calendar); opens the list and selects the primordial scarcity: the name of the scarcity and the description of the AF inserted shows up; makes the change; "Register": saves the new content replacing the previous one and updating the date.
Observations:
The application of funds (AF) concerns the annual results of suppression of the lethal, intellectual and professional primordial scarcities in the UTI, ie: Year I – Water, Food, Habitability, Clothing, Cure, Salubrity, Energy; Year II to Year V – Literacy, Information, Knowledge, Informatization ; Year VI to Year IX – Capacitation and Competence. The inserted AFs are associated with the UTI of the code U (linked to the code G) of the page opening. The AFs are entered and submitted year to year, technical, established in the Calendar. The tool provides "spaces of description", one for each technical year of the suppressions of scarcities. A space of description, of the year I is intended for the description of the AFs of the suppression of lethal scarcities. Four spaces of description, from the Year I to the Year V, are intended for the AFs description of the suppression of the intellectual scarcities. Four spaces of description, from the Year VI to the Year IX, are intended for the AFs description of the suppression of the professional scarcities. The space for editing the AFs of each year is unlimited. The date is updated every time the tool is opened. The date of opening of the tool is the date of the registered AF, it is the date of the AF. The AFs are disclosed by the consultation "Rendering of Accounts" tool. "Help" directly accesses the "Application of Funds" item in "Presentation". "Close", returns to the page "ART" in which the "Application of Funds" was triggered.
