b) To check the existing contents, the guardian agent, in the opened tool: opens the list and selects the primordial scarcity; confers, within "Archive of Situations", the contents of this scarcity situations, following the dates on which they were recorded and frozen.
Observations:
The description of the situation concerns the suppression of one of the primordial scarcities: Water, Food, Habitability, Clothing, Cure, Salubrity, Energy, Literacy, Information, Knowledge, Informatization, Capacitation and Competence. Whenever it is opened the tool displays current date. A space is provided for the inclusion of content on the situation of one of the thirteen primordial scarcities indicated. Another space informs the contents previously entered, frozen at the time of inclusion on this scarcity situations. The first content inserted portrays the situation of the scarcity at the time that the UTI is assumed by the GA. This is the Moment "zero" (MZ), it is the starting situation of the primordial scarcities of the UTI. The inserted situation is associated to the UTI linked to the code U (linked to the code G) of the opening of the page. Date change, means a change in the registration of a content situation. The rectification of a situation is inserted as a new record of situation. The sequence of editions of situations records forms the catalog of the situations of the suppression of the scarcity. The space for editing each content is unlimited. The set of situations of each scarcity is the suppression of the scarcity situation. The set of situations of the thirteen scarcities is the situation of human underdevelopment of the UTI. The situations are disclosed by the consultation "Evolution" tool. "Help" directly accesses the "UTI Situations" item in "Presentation". Close", returns to the page "ART " in which "UTI Situations" was triggered.
