To consult the manifestation and feedbacks, the user, in the opened tool : open the lists and selects the State and District (shows up in the Archive of Manifestations, the list of manifestations – if any – registered by the focus on undertakings in the selected district); selects an manifestation focus: emerge flagged the focus of the manifestation, the finality, the author (name of the fiscal agent), the registration date and content of the manifestation; "Consult": the returns all show up – if any – registered for this manifestation.
Observations:
The information provided at each consultation provides knowledge about the returns to certain manifestations regarding the undertaking in a certain UTI in a district of a state. The manifestations are obligatorily related to the undertakings in the selected district. The return is obligatorily for the selected manifestation. The manifestations are listed by focus.The returns, if any, are listed by date of insertion, with the author and the content. The list is moved by the button and the counter allows know its extension. To do another consult, without exiting the form, just select the corresponding data and "Consult". "Help" directly accesses the "Observatory" item in "Presentation". "Close" returns to the page in which the "Observatory" was triggered.
