To consult the questions and answers, the user, in the opened tool: opens the list and selects the scarcity (shows up in the Archive of Questions, the list of questions – if any – registered by the focus on this scarcity); selects a focus question: arise, flagged, the focus of the question, purpose, author (name of the guardian agent), the date of registration and the question content; "Consult": emerge all the answers – if any – registered for this question.
Observations:
The information provided at each consultation offers answers to a certain question regarding the suppression of a certain primordial scarcity - Water, Food, Habitability, Clothing, Cure, Salubrity, Energy, Literacy, Information, Knowledge, Informatization, Capacitation and Competence - in a UTI. The questions are obligatorily related to the suppression of one of the thirteen primordial scarcities. The anwsers are obligatorily intended for the selected question. The questions are listed by focus. The answers are listed by the date of insertion, with the author and the content. The list is moved by the button and the counter allows know its extension. To do another consult, without exiting the form, just select the corresponding data and "Consult". "Help" accesses directly the "Learn More" item in "Presentation". "Close"returns to the page in which the "Learn More" was triggered.
