To consult the rendering of accounts, the user, in the opened tool: opens the lists and selects the State and District (shows up in the Archive of UTIs, the list of adopted UTIs – if any – in the district); selects one of the UTIs of the list; indicates the year of the RA; opens the list and selects the primordial scarcity; "Consult" (show up the existing data – if any – of the RA: name/local/ amount of population of the UTI and the date of adoption; name of the guardian agent, name of the primordial scarcity selected; selected year, planned technical date of insertion, the actual date of insertion and the RA description).
Observations:
The information provided at each consultation provides knowledge about the rendering of accounts, in a certain year, of the result of removing a lethal, intellectual and professional primordial scarcity of a UTI of a district of a state. That is to say: Year I – RA of the suppression of Water, Food, Habitability, Clothing, Cure, Salubrity or Energy scarcities; Year II to Year V – RA of the suppression of the Literacy, Information, Knowledge or Informatization scarcities; Year VI to Year IX – RA of the suppression of Capacitation or Competence scarcities. The RAs are associated with a GA that is associated with a district UTI. The planned date (recommended) of the RA is established from the date of adoption: last day of the technical year. The date of the RA is the date of insertion of the RA, the same on the form. To do another consult without exiting the form, just select the corresponding data and "Consult". The list is moved by the button and the counter allows know its extension. "Help" directly accesses the "Rendering of Accounts" item in "Presentation". “Close” returns to the page in which the "Rendering of Accounts" was triggered.
