To consult the situations of suppression of a primordial scarcity, the user, in the opened tool: opens the lists and selects the State and District (in the Archive of UTIs, the list of adopted UTIs – if any – in the district selected shows up); selects one of the UTIs of the list; opens the list and selects the primordial scarcity. "Consult" (show up the data – if any – of the situations of scarcity of the district UTI: of the UTI – name /location/ amount of population; of the guardian agent – name; of the scarcity – name; and description of the cataloged situations ordered by insertion dates).
Observations:
The information provided at each consultation provides knowledge about the suppression of a primordial scarcity – Water, Food, Habitability, Clothing, Cure, Salubrity, Energy, Literacy, Information, Knowledge, Informatization , Capacitation and Competence – of a UTI of a district of a state. The situations are associated with a GA that is associated with a district UTI. The situations are consulted for each scarcity cataloged this way. The first dated "situation" is the one that represents the situation of a scarcity at the time moment the UTI is adopted. To do another consultation, without exiting the form, it is enough to select the corresponding data and "Consult". The list is moved by the button and the counter allows know its extension. "Help" directly accesses the "Evolution" item in "Presentation". "Close" returns to the page in which the "Evolution" was triggered.
