a) To adopt a UTI, a guardian agent initially chooses and registers the UTI. To do this in the opened tool: opens the lists and selects the state and district (it appears, on the Archive, if any, the list of UTIs indicated in that district); opens the list and selects the UTI to be adopted; "Register": saves and sends a receipt to the email associated with those agent and code G.
