I. EFFICIENT PROTOCOL
Conceptually, "protocol" is the orientation that transforms a certain situation in another foreseen, setting this path with precision and time estimate. It is the set of standards, technical specifications, ordered arrangements, which provides to reach the same objective infinite times. It is the repetition of the experience that ensures the result, it is thesimilar recipe given to similar situations, it is the successful, decanted routine of frustrated and frustrating attempts.
Protocol is the standardization contextualized. Standardization and contextualization are the technical properties that structure the protocol. Standardization is how the protocol is implemented and contextualization is the factual reality that distinguishes this application. Standardization is the essence, the soul, the mechanism, the methodological expression of the protocol. The contextualization is the accuracy, the realism, the consistency of the protocol. Standardization and contextualization of the protocol infuse the path and time of transformation of the situations.
Repetitive pattern problem admits a standard solution. A standard solution can be protocoled. A standard solution at different scales follows the same protocol. A real solution at real scale follows the protocol of the standard solution protocoled in "laboratory" scale. A protocoled standard solution solves a real factual problem, of repetitive pattern at different scales, as many times as one wants. The high performance protocol is the one that solves the problem completely and definitively.
The existence of primordial human scarcities in portions of population is a real factual problem of repetitive pattern and the suppression of these scarcities is the standard solution that can be protocoled at different scales. The primordial civilization comes from the use of this protocol, of high performance in human solidarity, called "Protocol Humanismo, Igualdad, Liberty, Fraternité – PROHILF", by activate the primordial principles of humanist society, or “Protocol of Suppression of Primordial Scarcities of Population Portion”, structured by two technical properties, general standardization and specific contextualization.
