sidewalk, in the square and in the alley that host; in the wall supporting the house's roof; in invalidated public places; in the helpless; temporary or installed who conquers survival by food charity; junk food or sustenance of the day raised in an arbitrarily forced way. In "rural and urbans" ones, the vestiges are detected in immigrant in penury; in sordid housing on edges of fatal bounds; next to polluted streams; on river borders that leak; in stocked trash; in interior toned lighting and omitted in the streets. In all of them, they are recognized in the demeaning settlement; in the hereditary permanent illiteracy; in the actionless indifference to suffering; in criminal diet; in restricted food; in a precarious healthcare confused with absence of pain; in that shabby clothing that makes the individual looks like oneself; in the scarce hygiene; in the putrid stream present in the landscape; in excrements flowing anywhere; in the environment that is definitely not clean and safe; in low literacy level; in the precariousness of coming and going; in the locked communication; in the situation that a lot of people do not have financial credit; in survival without alternative.
Such vestiges are in populational realities with primitive characteristics from a time of another time.
2.2. Vestiges of Time
The vestiges of time of the peculiar reality to the protocol are equally unequivocal and different from those of other realities. Extracted from the time, "when" the portion of the vulnerable population in which occurs the contextualization of the detailed protocol action, these vestiges exhibit the unique reality of the protocol - that one of the stuck time; of the same time as the previous one; of the historical uncivilized time; of the tendential time; of the hopeless time; of the time without a worse perspective; of the bad time all the time; of the rushed time; of the time of slavery that does not end; of the time of the abolition of slavery that is not ended; of the time of social injustice justified without justification; of the time of
