Perceiving of the PSIn
The existence of a poorindigent and a UTI is verified by the detection of primordial scarcities. The Primordial Scarcity Indicative- PSIn associated with each primordial scarcity "n") is designed to provide such detection. The Figure 1c indicates such an association.
