To consult the news, the user, in the opened tool: opens the list and selects the type of news (shows up the list of news titles of this type – if any – in the News Archive); selects a news title (emerge flagged: the title of the news, or purpose, the author, or the guardian agent name, and the date of registration). "Consult": the news content shows up.
Observations
The information, provided at each consultation, offers knowledge through an Article, Warning, Course, Event, Fact or Statistics. The news are listed by titles. The titles of outdated news remain in the list to create a history. The titles of outdated news open outdated news to create this history. The list is moved by the button and the counter allows know its extension. To do another consult without exiting the form, just select the corresponding data and "Consult". "Help" directly accesses the item "Newsletter Bulletin" in "Presentation". "Close" returns to the page in which the "Newsletter Bulletin" was triggered.
