To consult the technical reports, the user, in the opened tool: opens the lists and selects the State and District (shows up in the Archive of Reports, the list of titles of registered reports – if any – about the district); selects one of the titles from the list; "Consult" (show up the data: UTI, name/location/ amount of population; author; name of the guardian agent, the title, the date of registration and the contents of the report).
Observations:
The information provided of the each consultation offers knowledge of a technical report about the suppression of primordial scarcities of a certain UTI of a district of a state. The reports are associated with a GA that is associated of a UTI of a district. Reports of the district are listed and sorted by the date they were registered. The list is moved by the button and the counter allows know its extension. "Help" directly accesses the "Reports" item in "Presentation". "Close" returns to the page in which the “Reports” was triggered.
