Observations:
The consultancy works through objective questions and answers regarding the suppression of one of the primordial scarcities: Water, Food, Habitability, Clothing, Cure, Salubrity, Energy, Literacy, Information, Knowledge, Informatization, Capacitation and Competence. The inserted questions and answers are associated to their respective codes G associated with codes U, of the page opening. The tool always opens with date and spaces empty for new insertions of question or answer. The date of the question is the date of registration of the question. The answer date is the date of registration of the answer. Foci questions are listed in the questions archive in chronological order. The button goes through the list and the counter allows obtaining the extension of the list of questions. The focus of the question must be shorter than 100 characters. The content of the question or the answer should be up to 1⁄4 page. A change to in a question is recorded as a new question. The change in an answer is recorded as a new answer. The author of a question or an answer is always the agent holder of the code U and password G that open the tool. The foci and content of the questions and the content of the answers are disclosed by the consultation "Learn More" tool. "Help" directly accesses the "Consultancy" item in "Presentation". "Close" returns to "ART" in which the "Consultancy" page was triggered.
