a) To insert the application of funds of the suppression of each scarcity, the guardian agent, in the opened tool: indicates the "Year" (the technical date of the AF shows up – last day of the technical year set by the Calendar); opens the list and selects the primordial scarcity (appear the name of the primordial scarcity); enters the description, "Register": saves the contents entered with the date of opening of the tool.
