A GA is only guardian with a code U of a UTI associated with his code G. The code U entitles a GA to be the guardian of the UTI of this code U. The UTI being Registered the agent is its guardian and the date of registration is a reference for the beginning of the accepted agenda. Confirmed the registration of adoption, the name of the guardian agent is inserted into the corresponding list in "Alliance".
