6. INSTRUMENTO SOCIAL PRECURSOR
The precursor social instrument is the accessory of the diligent effectiveness of the PAHS, available on the Internet, of universal identity with the function of assembling in a universal network the countries afflicted by portions of vulnerable population.
6.1. Universal Identity
The precursor social instrument is universally identified by the names, logotype, mark, logomark, slogan, domain and direction, or international Web address, all harmonized in the composition of the symbology of TASH.

Precursor Social Instrument of the Primordial Human Civilization, indicating the purpose, or Vida, Humanisme, Igualdad, Liberty, Fraternité, em Comum – VHILF.com, expressing the primordial principles of the humanist society, are the names of this instrument.
