Commitment to the Result within the Predetermined Term
The adequate propensity of the enterprise is demonstrated by the compromise to assume the suppression, in nine years, of the thirteen primordial scarcities of all individuals in the vulnerable portion of the population chosen. This is the unconditional persecuted result without weakening, slowing or procrastinating. The enterprise 's commitment is with this result. Nothing less can be accepted. Such commitment should not be confused with participation and it reveals the belief in the success of the undertaking.
Willingness to Install the Technical Executor Organism
The adequate propensity of the enterprise is demonstrated by the willingness to provide and fit in the organizational chart, the management organism of the undertaking, called, generally, "Department of the Primordial Civilization of Local Population Portion - DC3PL", intended to accommodate the expertise of the suppression of primordial human scarcities and therefore of the primordial human civilization of the portion of vulnerable population.
Then, the guardian enterprise, determinant of significant evolutionary events and with adequate propensity, can assume the protocol action and remove the primordial scarcities of a determined vulnerable portion of the population.
